Submit your Sitemap
When your website is finished, it is time to start promoting your site. Without promotion you will not see many visitors to your site. The first and simplest step to site promotion is to submit your sitemap to each of the 3 major search engines.
A sitemap is a file that contains a list of URLs for each page on your website. Check out the sitemap of WebOpt.info, and you will see how easily this can be done using a simple text editor: urllist.txt
